The TPS welcomes applications for membership.

Membership benefits:

*Two editions of THE COURIER per year,
*Monthly meetings featuring displays, talks and meeting with other collectors,
*Participate in Sale by Tender at meetings as a buyer and/or seller,
*Use of Club facilities such as the Watermark Detector and UV Lamps,
*Member discounts at The Stamp Place
*Access to the Library with its recent catalogues and wide range of other publications,
*Participation in the Exchange Branch - Tasmanian Members only.(see here for further details)

Interstate and overseas residents

Applications should be made on the application form on this site. To apply, simply go to this page to complete and submit the form, and pay the $A21 subscription by Paypal.

Tasmanian residents

Two referee signatures are required for Tasmanian residents wishing to apply for membership, in addition to a proposer and a seconder. This is because Tasmanian members are able to access the Exchange books which have considerable value. To apply for membership, please download the application form, complete it including referees and proposer/seconder signatures, and forward to:

Membership forms can also be obtained personally in Hobart from The Stamp Place, Trafalgar on Collins, 110 Collins St, Hobart, or at Tasmanian Stamp Auctions, 1st Floor, 20 Watchorn St, Hobart

Membership fees and payment

Tasmanian residents living within 20 Km of Hobart - $A30 per year.
Tasmanian residents living more than 20 Km from Hobart - $A20 per year.
Those living interstate or overseas - $A21 (includes $1 Paypal fee) per year.
Under 18 - $A10 per year.
Applications received after the 31 March in any year will receive the next years subscription free.

Overseas residents - using email address webmaster@tps.org.au
Paypal- please add $A1 to cover paypal fees and include your name and mention the payment is for TPS membership when making the payment in Paypal.
