“Tasmanian Postal History: The Post Offices and their Datestamps”

Tasmanian Postal Historian, John Hardinge has a new book, to be published by the TPS in April this year.

John’s book lists every hand-held datestamp from 1823 – 2000 showing rarity ratings, early/late dates, cds type and a wealth of information about Tasmanian Postmarks in general. Every Post Office opening and closing is alos listed along with chapters on postmark types, manufacture and a chronology of datestamp batches produced over the years. Illustrated in colour.

Each book is numbered and signed by the Author.

A prepublication offer is available until 23 March 2018 from the TPS at $125 + P&P.

Books will be available for shipping in April or early May 2018.

The retail price after publication will be $160 + P&P
